Plateaus -Breaking with extra calories, but how many extra?
Hi Everyone - As the topic says, how many are too many to be used to break a plateau? What is a good rule of thumb if in fact eating extra calories is the correct way to beat a plateau? Thanks for your input . . . Tilly

First Milepost Reached
Started using MFP on 7/1/15 and as of today have lost 16 pounds, weighing in at my first goal milepost. I had plateaued the last week or so, but just kept on weighing food, watching the diary closely and pushing forward one day at a time. 1pm and just not hungry??
Is this unusual? Just a cup of coffee so far today. 1500 daily goal and most mornings I just eat for fuel but not hungry. Seems odd to me. Your thoughts?

Question: As weight is lost why are the daily goals increased?
I'm no nutritionist. But while I'm losing weight I'm concerned with the notion of eating more as the weight check-ins adjust my daily calorie goals up? Somebody 'splainify this one to me please.

What's everyone's take on the small bottle enhancers available at all grocery stores? Dasani has one, WalMart's Great Value, Crystal Light, Mio, etc. What is the best one?

Lunch on the run - thoughts?
Today I had a package of Planters Nut-triciuos mixed nuts for lunch. 260/cal. Not enough is it? Goal is 1480/day.

Realistic loss
I've been following the recommended calorie intake for 4 weeks. I have twice edged over the limit by less than 20 calories each time. Otherwise, usually under by a 100+ calories. Eating enough?
My daily calorie goal is 1530. Many times before dinner I have 700-800 calories left. I eat dinner, but don't feel hungry beforehand. Anybody else experience this?
