So I heard that drinking green tea helps with weight loss. I drink one cup a day probably. However I read online that you need to drink 5 cups a day for it to help with weight loss. Thoughts and/or experiences on this?

Just did 100 calorie workout. 40 jumping jacks 30 crunches 20 squats 10 push ups Repeat 5 times! Burns 500 calories end up doing 200 jumping jacks, 150 crunches, 100 squats, and 50 push ups!
