circuit workout

Just did 100 calorie workout.

40 jumping jacks
30 crunches
20 squats
10 push ups

Repeat 5 times! Burns 500 calories end up doing 200 jumping jacks, 150 crunches, 100 squats, and 50 push ups!

I'm not in good shape so this workout is perfect! Pushes me but not too hard to wear I can't workout tomorrow! I also do some other stuff for my workout this is just my main thing.
