Watch what mints/gum you eat though. Get sugar free mints/gum otherwise it can destroy your teeth! Got two cavities one year from eating so many livesaver mints. They now have sugar free though :)

Exercise for at least 30 minutes. Stay under my calorie limit with healthy foods. Make this the first day of the many healthy days to still come.

@missjones513 well if you were able to lose 30 lbs before you can do it again, and lose the other 40 on top of it! I lost 15 before in 3 weeks so I know I can do this again. You just have to be strict with yourself. I know you said your not very active, you should just take a walk once a day or something, it helps a lot!!

Thank you! I genuinely like green tea so I'm still going to drink my one green tea a day, mainly cause I get tired of water :P I should start infusing my water to give it taste too. I didn't think green tea could have that kind of impact on weight loss. I also thought 5 cups a day was a lot haha.

I'm almost 5'2 hahaha 5'1 and a half. I started at 184 and I'm at 179 right now I just started about two weeks ago. My goal is to get down to 125 so I have quite a ways to go, but it will happen with time, a healthy diet, and exercise. Feel free to add me as well :)

I am logging my food, I stay within my calories most days. Sometimes I go a little over by 100-200 calories. But it doesn't happen often. I mainly eat fruits, veggies, salad, shrimp, fish, rice.
