trying to eat.....

I'm rarely hungry now! I don't know what's going on but for the past couple weeks I'm forcing myself to eat I never seem to be hungry. For example this morning I wasn't hungry however I forced myself to eat a hard boiled egg and a slice of whole wheat toast. For lunch I had half a cup of low fat cottage cheese and a plum even though I still wasn't hungry. It's almost 9pm and I'm still not hungry! On top of that I feel full all the time, as if I've just over ate. It makes me feel really uncomfortable with myself.
I probably sound like a complete weirdo, but I was just wondering if anyone else has ever felt like this before. Ohhhhh and I'm not losing weight either, in fact I've gained weight.

How many calories are you eating? That's quite an important bit of information you seemed to have left out...
I'm going to assume you're eating a low amount of calories - eat more.

Easier said than done especially when I feel like I've just over ate....constantly. It's about 1,200 calories a day though.0

Eat foods which are dense in calories... nuts, nut butters, avocados, vegetable oils, sweet treats etc.0 -

It sounds like you're never hungry-be aside you're eating more than you think. You're not gaining weight at 1200 calories*
*barring some unknown, and very serious, medical issue0
