Other Women who's goals are strength training/eating healthy?
I know a lot of peoples' goals on here are to lose weight, but I am more interested in losing the fat and gaining muscle, as well as eating healthy and fueling my body. Anyone wanna motivate each other through strength training/fitness journeys? :)

Striiv Band accurate on calories burned?
Anyone here use a Striiv Band? It seems pretty accurate for the most part with cardio/steps, but in terms of Strength Training workouts, it seems to give me a completely different (low) number of calories burned than MFP did... Any thoughts on this?

HELP- I get bored with regular gym exercises

Suggestions for Strength Training Plans if your bored with the usual lifting??
I want to gain muscle and do more strength training, but I get so bored just lifting weights at the gym. Any suggestions for new Strength Training routines for people who like different types of fitness?? (I dance and do outdoor sports for cardio).
