Log protein portions before or after cooking?
When logging oz of chicken, salmon, beef, etc, is it more accurate to weigh it when it’s raw or after cooking? Sometimes a 5 oz raw chicken breast is half the size after cooking!

Gaining muscle with bodyweight exercise
I want to build muscle particularly quads and arms without much equipment. I have found push-ups to be great for arms but squats without weights have toned but not much in the way of building muscle. Any suggestions?
