How do I measure a serving?
I've added my recipe on MFP but how do I know what one serving is?

"Cheat" Meals/Days
I don't like the word cheat and aim not to splurge for a day. However if I have a cheeseburger and chips but remain within my daily calorie limit or still with a deficit is this OK?

Whole30 and beyond
So I did a Whole30 a couple of months ago and lost 12 pounds (woohoo) looking for some friends to keep me motivated and who can help too especially on 'bad days'. I'd like to lose a lot more weight and keep it off! Not a great fan of exercise so need a fun way to keep fit and lose more weight. Meal and recipe ideas also…
