Whole30 and beyond

So I did a Whole30 a couple of months ago and lost 12 pounds (woohoo) looking for some friends to keep me motivated and who can help too especially on 'bad days'. I'd like to lose a lot more weight and keep it off! Not a great fan of exercise so need a fun way to keep fit and lose more weight. Meal and recipe ideas also welcome! :)

    Congratulations! I've never been able to complete a whole30.
    You can send me a friend request. While I'm not on w30, i do have allergies to dairy, gluten and soy so I eat alot of paleo food. At least I'm supposed to :)

    Hi, I'm doing the Whole30 too. I'm on day 45 would be 46 but I did cheat one day, around day 35. We have a group of Whole30 participants if you care to join; just go into groups and search Whole30 September 2015. Hope to see you there. Cindy

    I love emeals paleo plan as long as I stay on plan I am losing well. The recipes are easy to prepare I have a itemized shopping list. Most of the meals are really good.
