Hi everyone I've started eating green veg and chicken for my lunch but I'm unsure on the portions sizes I should have my chicken is 200g and the veg is a mix of broccoli green beans spinach sprouts and asparagus any advice would be welcome cheers

Hi all currently eating alpen museli for breakfast midweek and a fry up or eggs on toast at the weekends is this a good combination? If not please help lol but midweek I only have 5-10 mins to make and eat cheers

Fresh start
Hi all looking to make a fresh start, I'm not so over weight at 11st 2lbs but I don't eat well and always feel tired / laggy the hours I work (shifts) make it difficult to eat at regular times but I tend to eat 3 main meals a day and snack 3 times a day so any advice would be great cheers all
