Portion help

Hi everyone I've started eating green veg and chicken for my lunch but I'm unsure on the portions sizes I should have my chicken is 200g and the veg is a mix of broccoli green beans spinach sprouts and asparagus any advice would be welcome cheers

    Nobody can tell you what portion you "should" have for lunch. It's going to depend on your overall calorie goal for the day and what you eat for the rest of your meals. If your lunch portion is of a size that, combined with your other meals, lets you hit your calorie and nutritional goals for the day, then you're doing it right.

    Two hundred grams of chicken and lots of veggies sound good.
    Some folks do well when they have a large-ish lunch. Do what works for you.
