Hi I'm Jim. I just joined MFP 5 days ago. My current goal is to lose 40 pounds.

Throughout the day
I do a small breakfast 8am, snack 11am, medium lunch 1pm, snack 3pm, medium dinner 6 or 7pm and don't eat past 8pm. I'm happy and all within my daily calorie goal. I like to eat food to much to save it all at dinner time. :)
