Throughout the day

I do a small breakfast 8am, snack 11am, medium lunch 1pm, snack 3pm, medium dinner 6 or 7pm and don't eat past 8pm. I'm happy and all within my daily calorie goal. I like to eat food to much to save it all at dinner time. :)

That's cool. :) It works for a lot of people. It would drive me crazy to have little meals all day, especially since I am not a morning person at all and do not feel like eating until afternoon/late afternoon.

I used to be the same way in the mornings with absolutely no desire or appetite to eat anything but after reading and hearing that it was better to fuel our bodies throughout the day. I decided to try it. Now I'm used to it. My energy and stamina is so much better! Big difference. All the best to you Roda!

    3 meals + 1-2 snacks between 6AM and midnight.

I have tried different meal setups, and I have discovered that - for me - what kinds of foods the meals comprise of, is more important than how many meals I eat during the day. I have been happy with three, and happy with seven. The only difference is that three meals is actually difficult; too much to eat in one sitting, I feel uncomfortably stuffed. 4 or 5 meals is more pleasant.

I should add that I am in maintenance o:)

Big breakfast, small snack, smallish lunch, smallish snack, big dinner, yummy snacks after eight (because why stop at eight?!). Works perfectly for me!

That's a pretty good system, especially if you do stop eating at 8pm. That's one of my biggest problems, eating (or at least wanting to eat) at night ;)

I eat lots of little meals, too. I feel better when I graze. I don't get really hungry. Never uncomfortably full. Lots of energy.

I've tried lots of different things and this is best for me. :)
