350 to Spartan race
There is a spartan super race really close to me in December. I need some motivation to lose weight and this race scares me but I want to conquer it. I'm currently 350 pounds. I guess I'm looking for tips or ideas to help me achieve this. Is it possible? Any help appreciated!

Too much chicken?
so a serving size of chicken is like 3 oz. or something like that. Is eating say a pound of grilled chicken bad if it fits inside my calorie limits?

Stationary bike question
im on my way to the gym, today is bike day for me with cardio. What is the main benefit of the resistance. Would it be to build leg muscle or just simply burn more calories?

did 30 minutes on treadmill with 12 incline and at 3.2mph. What do you think calories burned would be for a 6'3 male age 24 at 343 pounds?

Coming off low carb gaining weight
I just came off of a low carb diet. I went from under 40 carbs a day to just counting calories and not eating over 2500 calories a day. I weigh 337 pounds so 2500 is low for me with exercise thrown in too. With the low carb I went from 354 to 333 in 2 weeks. 3 days after going low calorie with carbs I'm up to 337, 4 pounds…

24 year old 350 pounds
started my lifestyle change Saturday July 18th. I started my diet and exercise from day 1, day 3 I had a physical and my body was in ketosis, I took that info and ran with it. Week one I went from 354 to 337. Lost 3 inches around my stomach. What an inspiration that is to keep going. I work 2 jobs and still hit the gym…

Stationary bike
since I started I would do 30 minutes at a regular pace heavy resistance. Last night I mixed it up and would do a quarter mile full force, then gently pedal the next quarter mile. Did that for 12 miles. What way is better for burning fat?
