Anyone tried this? One just opened up near my house and I was thinking it could be a core/toning/strength workout to try? I am 60 lbs overweight and hike/run already but I keep hearing about planks etc. and how that could really help. Thoughts?

Marathon Training
Has anyone seen a good 6 month training program? Want to finish. No other goal at this point. Currently can run a 1/2 in about 2:45 so slow and steady. Any good 1st marathons that the time limit thing won't stress me?

Anyone know about this? I have joined and trying to figure out how many calories burned. It's 45 mins straight of burpees, push ups, weights, jumping jacks, lunges, planks, trx, squats etc. I am sweating more than running and the first week was too sore to put a bra on. Now it's getting better
