Anyone know about this? I have joined and trying to figure out how many calories burned. It's 45 mins straight of burpees, push ups, weights, jumping jacks, lunges, planks, trx, squats etc. I am sweating more than running and the first week was too sore to put a bra on. Now it's getting better

Personally I'd use a HRM to give yourself an idea of about how many calories burned. Your intensity level in the class as well as your current fitness level will have a dramatic effect on how many calories you burn. Plus I am guessing every class is different.
I've used a HRM with success in these types of instances and lost weight. Obviously remember everything is an estimation. Best of luck!0
