How do you log "30 Day Shred"?
Hi! I'm trying to motivate myself to get my 30 Day Shred DVD out again, but then I realise I don't know how to log it, since it's a mix of cardio and strength :/ Do I pick one type for each (for instance "jumping jacks" for cardio and "dumbbell row" for strength) and put 10 minutes for each...?
