Does anyone have some wisdom about what to eat to refuel your body after a hard evening workout (like between hours of 8-11pm). I know it's not healthy to eat before bed but you also need to replenish your body. Looking for fitness/health experts especially.
Hello! I just logged back in to MFP. I want to lose 30 lbs to have a healthy BMI and feel my best. I ran a half marathon in May and was doing really well but seems I always back slide. Accountability welcome. :)
