  • I'm no expert but it sounds to me that your calorie intake could have been your previous problem. If you were working out 2-3 hours a day I'm pretty sure you need more calories to fuel your body and build muscle than the minimum suggestion of 1,200. Maybe read into it? Maybe I don't actually know what I'm talking about.…
