Now that school has started I walk everywhere again. Compared to last year I can walk long distances and not feel winded or sweat all over the place.

Lately I haven't been able to make it to the gym so I have been doing HIIT videos that I find on YouTube everyday or switching it up and doing free standing weights. I am just starting and have lost a little weight but is what I'm doing right now enough?

Hi! Umm so I want to lose a lot of weight but know it's gonna take a long time. Over the summer I wanted to lose 20 pounds but haven't really met my goal. Does anyone have any advice about what exercises to do in the beginning?I have been doing brisk walking and some strength training stuff but just haven't seen results…
