I love this thread so much. On bad days where I'm feeling discouraged this really reminds to stick to it and remember tomorrow is a fresh start.

Me too!! I look at all of these success stories often for inspiration, and to remind myself that losing weight and getting healthy is not as complicated as I have been lead to believe (big shout-out to the industry that has been created by weight loss myths)0
