I can only have between 900 to 1100 calories a day I have to have 65 to 75 g of Protein
I need help losing 100 lbs.
Hi everyone seem to be having a hard time I started out with in 5 weeks I would way 155 the next day it said I would weight 156 and today it said I would weigh 158 I dont go over and I am not that far under what I am suppose to eat. What is wrong
