does anyone have any suggestions on how to lose. Dr/ Atkins Revolutionary, Keto

I have belonged to myfitnesspal for years and have lost weight but nothing to speak of . I can use what ever anyone who has good solid advise. I now have heart problems I weigh 245.lbs. I need to lose 100 lbs. no joking aroung my Dr. says it is imperative SOS

the best diet is one you will stick with - the best workout is the one you will actually do . My advice is don’t have an all or nothing mind set. Extreme programs typically don’t last- you want to be consistent over time not perfect - if you have a bad day don’t give up or restart on Monday just start again the next day - figure out your maintenance calories - just google or YouTube or chat gpt on how to do that - once you find that subtract 500 and start there - I would try to get 6-10k steps a day. -if you don’t walk at all now start with 6 and woke up - I would then start some type of weight training sooner that later - you can do some type of calisthenics anything is better than nothing . Weigh at least weekly and take pics weekly - so as younstart to lose if you get discouraged or stall you van look back at where you started . Last thing is be patient - I don’t know your age - but it took years to get to where you are at - don’t expect to get to where you want to be quickly - remember slow progress is PROGRESS !
