MFP Projected Weight
Any idea how MFP comes up with the 5 week projected weight? I stay under my calorie goal every day and excercise everyday ....yet my Projected weight is always different....usually a pound or two higher. I was just curious... Food prep
Today I made myself lunches and dinner for the next 7 days. I also pre-measured and bagged all of my snacks. I have heard that doing this will help to eleminate the "don't have anything to eat" panic....which results in grabbing "whatever"....anybody else do this or have any input on it?
