Do I need to lose weight? Honestly?
I’ve gained about 30 kilos in a year and I absolutely hate myself for it. I’ve suffered with an eating disorder in the past and I don’t want to go down that route, but I just have no control over food at all and I’m wondering how to get rid of the tummy and thighs

Damn I’ve gained weight
I’ve went from 46kg to 74kg in a year and I cannot stand the way that I look and need to shift a few kilos. During lockdown I haven’t been able to go for walks as much and I’ve just been snacking a lot which I guess is the same for a lot of people. I’m on a lot of medication that increases your appetite and I’m hoping for…

Favourite tea?
So I don't know if there's a better place for this... What's your favourite kind of tea? Mine would be just regular or chai tea (tastes like Christmas)

What is a healthy amount of weight to lose each week?
I've lost 6lbs in 2 weeks, so 3lbs a weeks. I don't know if part of it is just water weight, but I find on days that I drink the most water I lose the most amount of weight for some reason, so I'm literally drinking water non stop, also it makes me feel full more. So is this a healthy amount to lose or should I aim for…

Current and goal BMI?
So what's your current BMI and what are you aiming for? Or are you completely happy with how you are now? My BMI is about 20.5 (was 21.9) and I'm aiming for around 19-19.5, I don't want to go below that as 18.5 is considered underweight.

1,200 calories is too much
I gain weight when I eat that much, my "treat days" are between 1000-1200 calories, so if I eat the amount that mfp is recommending me to to eat, then I'll just gain back the weight that I've already lost. Does anyone else eat a lot less than what they're supposed to and find that it works for them?

How long before I notice a difference?
Hi so I'm new to mfp :) I've lost 5lbs in the last 2 weeks (I don't know if that's good?) I'm 5'4 and now weigh 120 lbs and I don't really feel any different. I don't want to be unhealthily thin I guess I just want to get to like 110 ish? So how long does it take to notice a difference? And will I actually look any…

Hi so I just joined like 10 minutes ago :P I've already lost 5lbs in 2 weeks before joining but I thought this would be pretty handy to keep track of calories and my weight and stuff... So yeah just thought that I would introduce myself :)
