Starvation mode does not mean that if you eat a small amount of food then you will magically gain weight, it means that if you continue restricting eventually you'll hit a plateau where you won't lose any weight, but it doesn't mean that you gain.

I don't have a cheat meal or treats, my treat is seeing all of my hard work and determination pay off by not giving in to cravings. If you do have a treat, just include it in your calorie allowance.

I have rice cakes and a sliced up banana and strawberries. I usually have half a banana (50 cals), 2 rice cakes (50 cals) and about 5 strawberries (30 cals) I also have a cup of coffee with a splash of milk (20 cals) so that's 150 calories :)

Well you have to definitely make sure that you're burning off as much as you think you are, otherwise you'll be eating more than your allowance and not lose any weight. If you are going to eat it all back again, don't eat chocolate and sweets, eat healthy fruit an veggies :)

I'm 5'4, 119 lbs and I'm actualy now just aiming for around 110 I think anything below that would be too thin. Honestly I would say that it's probation just water weight mainly, I'm not completely starving myself or anything. Even if it is just water weight, my jeans feel looser and I'm still happy with my results so far :)

I actually quite like regular soy milk, I'm really not a fan of unsweetened almond milk, but if you buy it sweetened that kind of defeats the purpose :/

Calorie counting doesn't really help me but I've become slightly obsessed. Because if in supposed to have 1200 calories, and I've eaten 1100, I'll see a 100 cal chocolate bar an be like "well I still have 100 calories left might aswell eat it!" You're not logging accurately. Simply for the fact that you estimated your takeout food at 600 calories - I guarantee you consumed more calories than you think you did. Thank you for actually genuinely expressing your opinion politely. I just added a post saying that I'm on medication that causes me to have a lower appetite, so I think that my body is just used to less food. And I only drink water and maybe a cup of coffee every day.

I don't count my treats as treats because I just add it to my calorie intake, if I eat a 100 cal chocolate bar, I'll just eat 100 less calories later on in the day.

Losing weight is 20% exercise and 80% food...
