At that weight, maybe 1.5lbs (though if it's your first 3 weeks you might lose more due to water weight). 0.5lbs/week is a healthy aim.0

I think you should aim for about 0.5 lbs/per week. You're already at a healthy weight, it's hard to sustainably lose more than a pound a week if you're already at a healthy weight.0

Since you're already at a healthy weight, it's unlikely you can lose five pounds in three weeks. When I was losing my last few pounds (I am 5'4 and weigh 115), I set my goal to .5 pounds a week.0

You could lose 6 lbs in 3 weeks, but you probably shouldn't. And if you do, it won't be fat. It will be fat and muscle**.
Your body can only metabolize so much fat everyday. When you don't have much fat to lose, it starts using your muscle for energy instead. Do you really want to lose muscle?
**I know that everyone loses some muscle, but the more aggressive you are, the more muscle you lose. People should aim for a rate of loss that limits the amount of muscle they lose.0 -

She's talking 3 weeks and 5 lbs. She is not going to lose much muscle in that amount of time.
Also, not sure if you read the OP, but your meme makes no sense if you did since obviously she did think about it.0 -

I get that. But I don't want lurkers who read this thread later to be all "well everyone said it was ok for her to lose 2lbs a week when she's already a healthy weight, so I can do it too".
I like explaining the rationale behind why people respond with the answers they do.

@lrachel011 - maybe you didn't see the responses on the thread you started on this topic a few days ago? Here's my favorite:http://www.calculator.net/ideal-weight-calculator.html?ctype=standard&cage=18&csex=f&cheightfeet=5&cheightinch=4&cheightmeter=180&printit=0&x=44&y=13
Ideal Weight Calculator
Result
Based on the Robinson formula (1983), your ideal weight is 123.0 lbs
Based on the Miller formula (1983), your ideal weight is 129.1 lbs
Based on the Devine formula (1974), your ideal weight is 120.6 lbs
Based on the Hamwi formula (1964), your ideal weight is 119.7 lbs
Based on the healthy BMI recommendation, your recommended weight is 102.0 lbs - 149.7 lbs
Since your already lean, and at or below based on all formulas, you should be looking to lose no more than 1 lb./week, and 0.5/week would be a better target.
Honestly thou, losing more weight might not be what you really need. Without a photo or you providing it, cant gauge your BMI/BF%. You may simply need to be more active/incorporate some strength training, to tone up and gain more definition. That route can give you the aesthetic change you seem to want ( appear lighter/smaller ), without actually lowering your weight.0
