Protein Shake as a partial Meal replacement. Whats your take on this?
I have been taking Pure Protein shakes, 20 grams per scoop and one scoop per breakfast with other food like grilled chicken breast sandwich and so on. Does anyone else do this or think its good or bad?

I have been on MFP for 75 active Days! I am ready to get more encouragement and ideas from other MFP peeps. I try to hit the road 3 to 4 afternoons or late evenings to walk or ride.
