Runners, I need your help!
Hi all :smile:, I am training to run a 10k in about 4 weeks time. At the moment I am having trouble with blisters on the inside of my feet. I have bought new shoes, new socks and tried kinesiology tape but they have only helped a little bit. Does anyone have any other tips? I am looking into some sort of lube as well.
