I'm sad that I've fallen yet again - at my highest weight in years with no excuses. I've never done much with the support boards on here but am feeling a need. Five Pounds at a time
I have been on and off this site for a while and for me, on is better! Rather than set my sights too high and overwhelm myself, my new goal is five pounds at a time. There will be monthly fitness goals for myself, posted in my kitchen to help me along! Water needs to be pushed too...I'm bad at that and KNOW how much better…
