Five Pounds at a time

I have been on and off this site for a while and for me, on is better!
Rather than set my sights too high and overwhelm myself, my new goal is five pounds at a time. There will be monthly fitness goals for myself, posted in my kitchen to help me along! Water needs to be pushed too...I'm bad at that and KNOW how much better I feel when hydrated.

Any joiners for support are welcome!

    I sometimes have had a hard time with drinking enough water,so I actually installed two apps that remind me to drink water. One even has a plant that you water when you drink water. If you don't water it enough (drink enough water), the plant dies and you have to start over. I love it lol. Good luck!

    Are you still on here? I'm back and could use some support! What are the water apps? I'm definitely going to use that to jump start all of this!!!
