I have been on and off this site for a while and for me, on is better!
Rather than set my sights too high and overwhelm myself, my new goal is five pounds at a time. There will be monthly fitness goals for myself, posted in my kitchen to help me along! Water needs to be pushed too...I'm bad at that and KNOW how much better I feel when hydrated.
Any joiners for support are welcome!

I sometimes have had a hard time with drinking enough water,so I actually installed two apps that remind me to drink water. One even has a plant that you water when you drink water. If you don't water it enough (drink enough water), the plant dies and you have to start over. I love it lol. Good luck!1
