I try to balance my nutrition as best as I can, I'm still learning, but my problem is this, I know too much or too little iron is not good for you. If I take my multivitamin I end up roughly 20-30% over the daily value. If I don't, then I'm usually about 50% under. Same with calcium (I'm not sure if going over this…

Protein and fat help, please!
I seem to be having a hard time reaching the values set for protein and fat. I eat well, I'm full, and always under calories (which I honestly don't pay much attention to), but I can't seem to get any more than halfway to those marked values. Any advice on what foods to add to get these values up?
