Weighing frozen chicken
I eat a lot of frozen chicken tenderloins, etc. The package says 1 serving is 4 oz. Is this 4 oz of cooked, raw, or frozen chicken?

What woe (way of eating) do you follow?
Just curious what dietary way of eating works for you for weight loss? There are so many different lifestyle dietary plans out there! I am looking for a woe that will show weight loss results and I can continue to follow and not get burned out. Do you follow.... counting calories? High protein? Low carb? Paleo? Atkins?

Plateau
I started my journey on July 30. I have lost 35 lbs but for the last few weeks I seem to be at a plateau. I am 5'4", 41 years old, and currently weigh 157-158. I eat 1200 calories a day, 130g protein, no more than 100g carbs, and 30g fat. Any suggestions to getting out of this rut?
