Gained 9 pounds this past December but I'm going in hard starting today. I hope I can lose 15 by end of February. It is going to be hard. I have a bday this month and I will have to not go out or it will slow me down.

I use to use a fitbit before. Classic wrist. The only bad part is that when synced to My Fitness pal it will add more calories that you can eat and I wouldn't go by that. It's a good motivator to walk or run. Just watch out as every movement gives you steps including Sneezing.
