Getting back into it

Gained 9 pounds this past December but I'm going in hard starting today. I hope I can lose 15 by end of February. It is going to be hard. I have a bday this month and I will have to not go out or it will slow me down.

    You're going to skip your birthday celebrations for a time limit weight loss goal? What about anything coming up the rest of your life?

    what happens f you dont lose the weight by the end of February?

    how about making sustainable lifestyle changes that enable you to enjoy birthdays and holidays?

    my bday is in 12 days and you bet your sweet *kitten* im going to eat my cake!

    Just plan a birthday at maintenance (or a couple of days if needed).. You can still lose weight and have a birthday celebration. There will be other events, holidays and birthdays in your future where you may be losing or maintaining weight and you can still enjoy all of them if planned for them.
