I have my Fitbit connected to MFP. When I start the day, It looks like this: 1500 Goal - 0 Food - 177 Exercise = 1323 Remaining I am not sure how to interpret this. Does this mean that it’s expecting me to reach a 177 calorie goal in order to eat my 1500/cal per day? Otherwise my goal is 1323?? 1500 is hardly enough for me…
