Hey guys, apart from the obvious answer of hanging leg raises, am looking for a couple of superset exercises to help progress that lower ab definition? Any suggestions?? (Obviously abs are made in kitchen!, but need some lower abs/obliques exercises in the armoury to help progress!) Thanksssss.
