hey guys,
So this is more of a discussion to find out those who have a little bit more experience in this field than myself.
I've tried all 3 and all on there given day they are very effective.
But whats people opinion on the most effective way of help stimulating muscle growth?
Time under tension with a lower weight and longer rep timings, or to go in with the big 10 sets of 10?
Thanks guys
