Agree with the comment above, work out your macros and what you should be hitting. I use a few supps just as in my job I haven't got the time to keep eating every few hours etc, if you can hit your daily nutrition through eating the right stuff, well done! But if you can't it's a best way to help you achieve what you need.…

My opinion would be Olympic bar all day long.. Weighs 20kg and if you are going to the strong lifts low rep range... Wouldnt waste you time with a smaller bar. Strength moves quickly so save your time and money

Just try and space your eating out, keep hydrated then hit the gym straight after work, decent time to get in there before us 6:30/7 o'clockers

Cheers guys! @RHSheetz yeah that's exactly what I do, Pyrex dishes all the way, but hear what you are saying and is a good shout! @RodaRose oh without a doubt!, I mix up vegs all the time this was purely an example of what I eat. Broccoli is a winner, raw or cooked! :) Possibilities are endless with light dishes like this,…

I disagree with working a big compound every work out, you give time for adequate growth, definitely hit squats, presses and lunges in one workout, hitting legs like that on three big movements is more than enough to shock. Also try pre exhausting your quads or hams prior to a big lifting exercise like squats bro. I.e. A…

Hey If you want one little tip (as this helped me massively this year) doing fasted cardio (no food before) for around 20mins upon waking, a light run or jog or any elevated heart rate exercise 2-3 times a week will make a massive difference in a short amount of time. Obviously permits if your able to do that lol.

Hey guys just been reading through the comments, like a lot of people have commented on here already, without a doubt for me, fasted cardio in the morning for 20mins at a steady pace is more the adequate to get your body burning. Especially after your body switching over to fasting mode throughout the night. Carry this out…

Just signed up to this, I'm starting an Instagram so if your interested in transformations and motivation..add me up, I've done a massive transformation this year myself and lost two stone, and got lean as ffff.... Lots of people have encouraged me to do this from the gym and my friends I kick about with! So here we go,…
