Anyone try Intermittent fasting?
It's just something that's working for me. Generally, I'm lazy about food (I don't even bother to update my food diary). Basically. I eat healthy snacks during the day (fruits, vegetables, yogurt, kashi bar etc.) then around 4/5 pm. I eat a large meal (around 900 calories). I drink water and Gatorade during the day as well…
