Health improvements, Heartburn.

I was curious what actual health improvements people have had since losing weight. First off, I was barely medically overweight before I started my lifestyle change.
I was about 150 lbs at 5'4" but I'm small framed and shouldn't ever weigh that much. I had to take a pill everyday to avoid horrible heartburn at night. My heartburn was so bad I would almost vomit if I ate spicy food then went to bed. This went on for over 4 years but since losing over 25 lbs I have absolutely no heartburn. Luckily I had no other issues but of course I'm still young.
I think it's interesting how your body can start having problems even if your only mildly overweight. People would tell me I didn't look big and shouldn't even bother to lose weight but I really felt crappy all the time.
