Hi all, I started at 63.9 kilos, I am currently 59. This has taken about 3.5 months. Losing the last few kilos is hard and slow. I am 40 years old and 5 foot 4. Loosing slow on 1200
Im 5 foot 4 and 59.5kg ( 131 pounds). I eat 1200-1300 a day and have been for 4 months ( not so great on weekends) and have lost 4.4 kg in that time. Very slow.
