Hey, so my net calories is 330 Does that mean I have eaten more than what I have burned or does it mean 330 calories have been used from storage? I'm so confused :(
I've lost 8lb but the more weight I lose, the bigger I feel I am. My goals keep getting lower and lower. I thought my first goal was ambitious but now I've reached it, I'm still not satisfied. Anyone else get this?
Hi, I am a little confused as to if I should enter my calories burned that is shown on my exercise machine or if I should go with MFP's estimate? I'm really worried I've been over-eating!
