Hey, so my net calories is 330
Does that mean I have eaten more than what I have burned or does it mean 330 calories have been used from storage? I'm so confused

If your net calories is 330 it means that when you take what you've eaten today and subtract the calories from your exercise, your net consumption (the calories available to run your body for daily activities) is 330. Assuming that you have correctly input your calorie intake and your exercise, this is very low.0
