I'm a 25 y/o female, weighing 5'2 and 150. I have a goal weight of 130 and am set to lose 1.5 lbs/week. Accidentally deleted Fitbit steps from yesterday
Hi guys, I accidentally deleted my Fitbit steps from yesterday's diary entry in the app when trying to view the calorie adjustment. Now I can't get it back. I've tried relinking but no dice. Ideas? Thank you!

Alta HR or MFP: keeping track of gym exercise?
I know the Alta HR auto tracks exercises but I also understand it’s better for me to log exercise on MFP so the calories aren’t funky. Just got the Alta HR last week but today’s my first day of exercising with the 2 accounts linked. Which one should I use to log exercise at the gym such as the elliptical? Help please!

Eat back calories or no?
So right now according to MFP I've eaten 1550 calories (lunch, snack, and dinner, as I don't usually eat breakfast) and burned 905 (404 from 40 minutes on the elliptical and the rest from walking 14,000 steps), for a net of 645. My calorie goal is 1210 and I have the negative calorie adjustment enabled since I have a Flex.…
