Okay. I might decrease my non-work exercise a bit for a few weeks and see how that goes, because if I eat 2200+ cals a day I know I'll gain. (My diet isn't exactly ideal honestly, but that is a work in progress.)

I'm 5'2 and close to 150. I set my goal to 130 because that's roughly what I weighed in high school and is also considered healthy. (I've been small my entire life. Sue me 😂) I think it's different for everyone though. If you still aren't sure, talk to your doctor and see what he/she says.

People who criticize others' choices publicly clearly have problems themselves. I interact with the public on a near daily basis with my job (cashier), and I always have the weird ones who come through my line. I don't say a word to them aloud, and if I ever have the urge to say something I have to remind myself EVERYONE'S…

Okay. I have negative calories enabled. I'll keep it as lightly active then. Thank you!

Not listening to anything in particular atm but the last song I was listening to on my way home from the gym was From the Ground Up" by Dan + Shay

I am also having trouble figuring out what my activity level is. I have a Fitbit synced with MFP. Right now I have MFP set as lightly active and I do have custom calorie goals. I'm 5'2, female, weighing 152 setting my weight loss goals to lose 2lbs/wk and slim down to 130. I've had a hard time getting into a rhythm in the…

As promised! 5/19- 8,968 5/20- 9,389

All right I'm jumping in on this step challenge too. Posting my totals starting from May 1st. Most of my work shifts are in the morning but I do a lot of moving around (small grocery store and mornings can be kinda slow so I restock on necessities in addition to my usual cashier duties) plus walks nearly every afternoon.…

Just got the Alta HR a few weeks ago thanks to my original Flex finally crapping out on me with a bad battery. I like the Alta HR a lot, although you'll need to manually log any weight training in MFP since the Fitbit app doesn't (for whatever reason). It's pretty good at tracking your workouts and keeps an eye on your…

Now I'm not syncing period. Sometimes if adjustment isn't showing up on main page it does show up under "Check-In," but that's crap today too
-
Also having issues following that disaster in June where EVERYONE was having problems. At least once a week since things appeared "fixed" I've had to unlink and relink my accounts. Usually fixes the problem but not today...
-
I guess the plus side is even though they aren't being converted to exercise calories, my steps are showing up under "Check-In"? MFP emailed me back saying they're aware of the issue and are trying to fix it. Seriously considering looking into other apps
-
I'm not syncing once again. Was working fine this morning. REALLY starting to get frustrated with this... The weird thing is my calories from before it crapped out are still showing under my exercise calories???
-
Was working fine all day today then just now when I went to log my food it's not working, yet I'm still getting credit for the steps I took????

Yikes, the part about your boyfriend's mom sounds scary!!! Hopefully she is okay! Anyways, I've been off and on losing weight for the last couple years (more off than on) but am ready to get serious now. I have my annual physical in about 3 weeks coming up in addition to a weekend trip with my boyfriend at the end of…

MFP says 7300 steps but I have 8600. Gonna shower now and see if that updates it. May disconnect now and reconnect post-shower
-
Even under "Check In" my updated steps aren't showing up
-
This is ridiculous. It's not an MFP to Fitbit issue it's the other way around! Their support is awful. Fitbit has email, chat, AND phone yet MFP only has email.
-
Same here. It says 3k but I have 6k according to Fitbit. Everything was fine yesterday, Friday, and this morning but I was offline 2 days last week
-
I'm down AGAIN
-
Did you un link and re link the accounts?
-
Mine's synced for today, but MFP apparently can't update previos diary entries. Result? Lost 2 days' worth of steps...
-
Has anyone from MFP even said ANYTHING about this? Even if it's just a "Hey, we know there's a problem and we're working on it"? Because I'm feeling that they aren't even acknowledging it and so far I haven't seen anything that indicates otherwise...

Unfortunately this didn't help me. This needs to be fixed ASAP. A lot of us rely on these two apps working together to help us achieve our goals and this problem is not helping!
-
Started doing this to me as well. At least if I can get my steps under check in I can track that way but I would love to know what that means for my calories burned in MFP. It only stopped working this morning
-
It's a MFP issue right now. Having the same problem with my own Fitbit, and I would like this figured out sooner rather than later. Hopefully it's fixed ASAP.
