I know this is a kinda out there question, but does having sex count as a workout?
I'm so unmotivated to work out sometimes. I mean sometimes I'll work out for 4 days in a row and then just stop for like a week I'm so inconsistent, Any ideas to help with that?
I have been hearing about this fast where you only drink water and take vitamins for 30 days, would this be really unhealthy and possibly dangerous to do?
