Anyone else struggling with holiday blues making it difficult to stay on track? I'm an emotional eater and this time of year always gets me down. Just wondering how others cope?
Just curious how many go by the net calorie suggestion on MFP and how many use another source for their goals.
When I started Keto last January, I had a group of about 40 friends and acquaintances in a Facebook support group. As the year has worn on, about 95% of those people have disappeared.
