The Halloween Decade Challenge

I'm a couple of days away...
In a couple of days, I'll be out of the 170's! That'll leave me with less than 30 pounds to lose of my original 70 pound goal from April of this year!

Afraid...
Now that I'm halfway through my weight loss, I'm starting to get worried that my goal weight won't be enough. I'm a 5'8" (approximately) male, with a current weight of 172 pounds (210 starting weight). My goal weight is set at 140 pounds... will this be enough?

Is This a Good Goal Weight?
I've been on MFP since April 3rd, when I was 210 pounds. Since then, I've dropped down to about 173, and I'm shooting for 140 pounds by April 3rd of 2016. Is that a good goal weight?

Intermittent Fasting
I've been trying Intermittent Fasting (eating the same deficit-- just all my food goes in during a very short interval), and it seems to be working well. Anything I should be aware of before pursuing this as a regular schedule?

Halfway There.
I'm finally at 175 pounds, down 35 from my original weight of 210. I'm hoping to lose the remaining 35 pounds by April 3, 2016 (a year after I started).
