Low Carb October
I want to try one month of low-carb. I have lost about 60 pounds since March, but was told that low carb may help me get over my mini-plateau (it's not really a plateau, my weight loss just slowed a bit). I spend about $75 - $100 monthly on food and would like to stay close to that same amount.

Emotional eating/not eating (vent)
So earlier today I got a pretty harsh message in my inbox. I was at work from 8AM until 6:30PM and the message was sent around 3. I've only eaten 650 calories for the day. Challenge - 50 pounds down by Valentine's Day

Work/School/Family/Sleep/Weight Loss... How to make it all fit.
